Animal Packs are basically stuffed animals that have been bought, unstuffed, and restuffed with rice and a little lavender.  These are great for kids and kids at heart when they are sick and / or fussy.  Animal packs give kids something warm and comfortable to "snuggle up with" while the light lavender scent helps to soothe and relax.

Square Packs are great for those times you can sit and relax as they conform to the body.  They are also wonderful to "snuggle up with" when sick or just have a chill.
Average size is 10 x 10 inches.

Tube Packs are great for placing around your neck when you don't have time
to stop and relax with a regular square heat pack.  The average size is 21 x 4 inches.

Misc. Packs are great for placing in those odd spots due to the variety of sizes.  For example small packs are great for headaches and sinus where as over sized packs are great for the lower back.

Heating To provide a warm moist heat place, pack in the microwave for 30 seconds up to 3 minutes depending on the size and type of pack and the temperature desired. Times may vary by microwave.  Do not overheat or use excesively as burns may occure.
Freezing To provide a flexible cooling relief, place room temperature pack in a plastic bag or ziplock bag and place in freezer until desired temperature is reached.  Packs used for cooling may be stored in the freezer in a bag, however after a period of time the rice will start smelling freezer burnt.
